Tatyana Ali is a very inspirational actress for me. Both of us were child actors and grew up in West Indian homes so when I got to meet her and see how smart, well together and wise she was I was overwhelmingly inspired! She has had a steady career and in no way lets any of it effect her as a person. She’s proud of her accomplishments but she focuses more on being a well rounded person rather than being an “it girl”.
