25 Jan (New Video Post) “How To Stop Worrying…” Quick Book Review #SelfLove
Hey guys!
When I was in Jamaica I started reading the book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” by Dale Carnegie and I haven’t finished yet but I had to start talking about it because I LOVE IT! It’s so good and has so many amazing tips for living a better life in every way! This book is truly brining me joy and I had to share a few of the great tips that Mr. Carnegie mentions in this book that are helpful for everything including how to stop worrying. Check out the video below and happy #selflove Saturday
1. Let’s fill our minds with thoughts of peace, courage, health and hope, for “our life is what our thoughts make it”
2. Let’s never try to get even with our enemies, because if we do we will hurt ourselves far more than we hurt them.
3. Count your blessings not your troubles!
4. Let’s not imitate others. Let’s find ourselves and be ourselves, for “envy is ignorance” and “imitation is suicide”.
5. When fate hands you lemons lets make lemonade
6. Let’s forget our own unhappiness —by trying to create a little happiness for others. “When you are good to others, you are best to yourself.”

Posted at 16:19h, 25 JanuaryLoved this video, Andrea! Currently, I am reading Finding Your North Star by Martha Beck. It’s a great book for those who don’t give themselves permission to do WHATEVER it is they love, regardless of if ppl say that won’t make you any money, you’ll never be stable if you do x, y or z. I’m not finished by I hope to finish it within the next 100 days =D

Posted at 16:19h, 25 JanuaryThis is such a refreshing video! And you’re right it’s a lot of common sense stuff that we kind of know, but don’t practice. I’m reading the 48 laws of power. Awesome video! 🙂

Posted at 03:44h, 26 JanuaryI’ll have to add that book to my list! One of the books I’m reading is called Small Things With Great Love: Adventures in Loving Your Neighbor by Margot Starbuck. She give practical ways to love your neighbor, serve your community based on the unique gifts you have and the particular person you are. Also, love your fashion style!
