15 Apr (New Video Post) “Don’t Forget To Practice” #WeeklyMemo
Hey guys! How are you?
Today I want to talk with you about a lesson that I have to remind myself of every day, and that is to keep practicing! The most important thing for your craft and your career is practicing, rehearsing, and continually educating yourself to become better. I’ve spoken before about letting your work move you forward but I think the first step is get ready, train, practice, rehearse and educate yourself, whatever you need to do to perfect your craft! In order to be able to have your work move you forward, it needs to be good and you need to be ready and the best thing to do is to “stay ready so you don’t have to get ready!” Check out my video below, and don’t forget to practice!

Posted at 15:03h, 15 AprilAbsolutely! This can’t be undervalued!! For the longest, practice was painful to me and I could only see my flaws. It caused me to stop writing and singing for years. Now after seeing people who were growing immensely at their crafts due to their diligence and practice, I realized the err in my perfectionism. Practice is fun, demands that you embrace your skills and ability at the moment, and allows you to grow. Lastly, practice keeps you busy and focused in between times of production. It allows you to stay ready, rather than having to get ready.
