Happy Self Love Saturday!

Today marks an official year of posting “Self Love” Videos! Woop! Thank you to all of you for watching, and tweeting, liking and supporting this journey so far, I’m truly grateful! To show my appreciation, I’m doing  A GIVEAWAY of my Self Love Tank Top! All you have to do is leave a comment telling me what Self Love has done for you in the past year and end it with the hashtag #SelfLoveSaturday. I’ll be putting all of the comments into a hat and picking 2 winners!

Now for today’s video I want to talk about the simple fact that you can’t expect change by remaining the same. Self love is about acceptance and having enough love for yourself to want to live to your potential. It take growth and patience and the need to push ourselves to be great! Nothing great ever came from being in your comfort zone so simply if you want to change your life than you have to be willing to change every part of it. Check out the video below on how much change has played apart in my “Self Love Journey”.

Self love has taught me that caring for yourself is the centre of all things in life, for example you want to get your drivers license you need to be ready to take the test! You first have to work on yourself! #selflovesaturday

I enjoy watching self love Saturdays. This show has truly inspired me to love myself more then I have in the past year. I was dealing with depression for a long time and watching self love Saturdays I’ve learned so much and i am applying all of your techniques in my day to day life. I not only believe in what you say but I share the videos as well as now hashtag in my selfies self love .
I have a son and I never want him to see or know that I suffered from depression or doubted myself constantly . Applying self love into my life changed my entire outlook on life.
Your a motivator and a realist and I thank you for sharing your self love journey. #selflovesaturday

Your self love series have taught me to become a better me. Most of my life I have always been a shy quiet girl and I get anxious a lot whether if I have to talk in front of people or if it’s one on one with an interviewer, I would always doubt myself like I’m not going to get it. Every time I would hear a no from a manager for a job in my head I would think I wasn’t good enough. After watching your videos I started to learn that I’m me and that’s all who I’m ever going to be. I started to open up, slowly starting to become less shy and love myself the way God made me. I just thank you Andrea for your series it has really helped me throughout the year. #SelfLoveSaturday

Self love has taught me that I should strive for a better and happier me. It has taught me that being a negative person is never healthy. It has taught me that I need to first look into myself to find the better me; the media, my friends, self help books, or the internet aren’t going to discover that for me
    #SelfloveSaturday .

Self Love has given me even more confidence to do what I’ve always dreamed. It’s given me the potential and the courage to keep moving forward even though I can’t say I know exactly where I will end up. Its given me the power to say that my happiness is key and to let my actions show that as well. #SelfLoveSaturday!
