Happy Self Love Saturday! 

How are you guys doing? Today I want to introduce you to my friends Iman N. Milner and Sam Benta, two wonderfully talented actor/writer/producers who I’m working on a new show with for Jungle Wild Productions (can’t wait to share it with you guys). We recently spent a lovely Saturday doing taking promo pics and talking about #SelfLove so naturally I hade to share.

Sam spoke “self reflection” and the importance of being honest about your way of life and the choices you’re making and if it truly reflects self love. This is something I’m constantly anaylzing about myself because I believe that if you want to live a successful life, than everything in your life should be pointing in that direction. Iman spoke about “setting boundaries” and not tolerating unnecessary B.S in your life from anyone! When you get to a good place in your self love journey these boundaries are very easy to make because it’s not about hurting anyones feelings but rather protecting yourself from bad energies, vibes and people. I loved both of Sam and Iman’s thoughts on self love and I can’t wait to share with guys our soon to be awesome new web series! For now check out the video below and have a great Self Love Saturday!
